Watchmen VI 30 Bench #2504. Each chapter of Watchmen has some non-comic additional material at the end. This chapter has records from Kovacs' childhood including an old b&w photograph... I was originally planning to do a crude crayon drawing spoofing the crayon drawing "My dream by W. J. Kovacs age 13", but at the last minute I spoofed the photo instead since the crayon drawing would just look like crap to people unfamiliar with Watchmen! I've been emailing with CapTVK, so he submitted his Watchmen VI 28 to appear the same day as my Watchmen VI strips. ejo also did a Watchmen Bench strip a while back which alluded to the opening page as well as Watchmen VI. Both these guys' other Bench strips are worth checking out! |
