Do you have any questions about our company?

Tell me about work hours. I've been burned in the past on projects that ended up being months of mandatory overtime crunch mode. I think that's an outdated style of project management that just leads to lower product quality and employee burnout.

Don't worry, we're definitely on the same page. Our company values its employees. We want them to have full lives outside of work as well. Naturally there's some crunch when a deadline approaches, but we do believe in enlightened scheduling.

That's good to hear.

For instance, on the project I'm currently managing, I normally only require 65 hours a week. And to help encourage workers to take a day off each week, I made a new policy that weekend hours worked Saturday and Sunday can't both count toward your 65 hour minimum. The employee gets to pick whether their Saturday or Sunday hours count!

That's very... um... innovative.
